Shipping Policy:
We ship via USPS First Class Mail unless the customer chooses another option. For air deliveries, we use Federal Express and your order total will be subject to their shipping rates. Shipping via Federal Express is for Monday through Friday only.  No shipping on Holidays.  For those needing Federal Express Saturday delivery, please email us FIRST so that we can make sure this can be done. Our policy is to ship if we have 75% or more of your order. No links can be shipped overnight unless you check with us FIRST to see if they are in stock. Please allow 7-14 business days for backordered or Out of Stock items. 

Special Note Regarding Shipping:
Once orders are shipped by us they are out of our control, and we cannot be responsible for Fed Ex and USPS shipping delays.  We make every effort to process and ship your order in a timely manner.

Shipping Destinations:
We ship within the continental United States and to Canada. However, shipping to the following locations would require additional postage to be determined at the time of order:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada ONLY.

We do not ship to international destinations at this time.  Orders that are received from an international address (other than Canada) will be voided out.

Order Processing:
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, in addition to the mailing time required by the Post Office or Federal Express. Due to the popularity of some pieces, they may be subject to back order. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order will be delayed.

• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing your order.
• Orders received after 3:00p.m. Eastern Time will not be processed until
   the following business day.
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.

Tax Information:
Sales tax is charged on merchandise orders delivered in New York.

Return Policy
We will be happy to take back any non-custom unworn or unused purchases in new condition within 10 days of the shipment date and exchange it for another item or issue a STORE CREDIT ONLY except the Custom Photo Charms or Nameplate Charms. All sales are FINAL on any Custom Photo Product.  All sales are FINAL on any Custom items of any kind. We cannot make exchanges unless the item was damaged upon arrival.  In that case, there will be a replacement of said charm. WHEN AN EXCHANGE IS MADE, CUSTOMER MUST PAY THE SHIPPING FEE TO RESEND THE EXCHANGED ITEM BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. Please provide return postage - $1.00 for first class mail, 4.50 for Priority Mail . Exceptions: (1) Gifts may be returned within 30 days shipment date for exchange ONLY. (2) Defective upon arrival (3) If you purchased a sale item or received a promotional item, the sale is final unless the charm is defective upon arrival. No merchandise will be accepted and no store credit will be issued without emailing us FIRST and including YOUR ORDER NUMBER, DATE OF PURCHASE, AND YOUR NAME so that we can provide to you an RA#. No exchanges will be made without this number. All returns must be sent back INSURED and in a padded envelope. We will not issue a store credit or exchange items returned to us in a regular envelope, as they can be damaged. There will also be a 10% restocking free on all items that are returned/unclaimed/and on refused orders.

Prices
We make every attempt to ensure that our prices as shown on the website are correct and up-to-date, but we cannot accept responsibility for mistakes that occur as a result of typographical errors made on our web pages.  We do ask that you bring such errors to our attention so that we can correct them.  Prices shown on our web pages are subject to change without notice.
